Fees

Standard Mobile Notary Fees

• Travel and up to 2 Notarized Signatures within 25 miles $65; 26+ miles $1.25 per mile additional charge
• Loan Documents (1 set, purchase, refinance, 0-25 miles roundtrip) $150
• Second Mortgage $75 (if done at same time as 1st Loan)
• Printing of E-Docs ( 1 set ) $25
• Acknowledgements $10; Jurats $10
• Waiting Time Fee – After 15 minutes, $15 ($15 for every additional 15 minutes)
• Mobile Service Fee due and payable even if signing does not take place when notary arrives or if cancelled less than 1 hour prior to scheduled appointment.
